There are two ways to donate.

You can contribute a one-time donation amount, or join as a member, with a recurring donation, and benefit from the perks!

Your support allows Surfrider South Vancouver Island to continue to fight for our coastlines and to ensure that our ocean, waves, and beaches are protected for generations to come. We thank you for your generosity!

Through your support you’ve also become an agent for change and an advocate for your beach. You empower the Surfrider Foundation South Vancouver Island to confront water pollution concerns, plastic pollution, marine debris and other critical issues that affect our community, local waters and our beaches.

Your donation will be used for many vital operations including:

  • Local and remote beach cleanups

  • Water quality testing materials

  • Research and data collection

  • Youth Environmental Stewardship programs

  • Special events

  • Legal support and lobbying efforts

  • Campaign and Program materials

  • Surfrider merchandise

  • Volunteer appreciation

  • Administration costs

There is so much that you can do! Please know that we’d love to be able to help, but as a volunteer-run organization we might not be able to.

Your business

Are you interested in showing your dedication to the environment by setting up a fundraiser with your business? There’s lots of ways to go about it! Businesses have given proceeds from the sales of items (drinks, food, etc.), and even given a percentage of their sales, and tip jars!
