Surfrider Foundation South Vancouver Island is pleased to coordinate a public meetup on Tuesday, June 17 at 7 p.m. at Coastline Surf and Sport (1417 Broad Street, Victoria).
The event will feature an inspiring talk by ReSurf Operations Manager Adam Gilmer, who will share insights into his work in creating a sustainable future for surf gear. ReSurf focuses on repairing, remanufacturing, and recycling surfboards and wetsuits, reducing waste and promoting a circular economy for surf gear.
Food and snacks will be provided. Thank you to Coastline Surf and Sport for hosting the event!
Members of the Surfrider South Vancouver Island Chapter will also be on hand to discuss exciting volunteering opportunities, ongoing programs and campaigns, and upcoming events.
Whether you're passionate about ocean conservation, eager to connect with like-minded individuals, or simply curious to learn more, this is a perfect chance to get involved!
